Processing time

The time needed to fill an order will typically range between 1-7 business days. However, this is a guideline and no guarantee. If the shipping might take longer due to unforeseen events, there will be an update listed above in the site's top banner.

You will also find each item's processing time on its order page.

Estimated shipping times after processing the order

These are guidelines, stationery passion doesn't influence any delay in the postal services and delivery system. I cannot guarentee the shipping estimated times.

  • Local orders in the Netherlands : 1-3 business days, depending on PostNL.
  • Europe : typically between 2-7 business days.
  • USA and Canada : 1-2 weeks.
  • Rest of the world : 2-8 weeks depending on the local shipping company.

Shipping options

Stationery Passion offers two types of shipping methods:

  1. Standard (Non-Tracked).
  2. Tracked parcels.

When you choose tracked you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information of your order to keep track on it's delivery.

Stationery Passion is NOT responsible for lost orders purchased without tracking, but if you haven't received the order within the estimated delivery time, please contact me and I will try to find a solution for the situation where possible.

Costums and import taxes

The buyer is responsible for any costums and import taxes that may apply. Stationery Passion is not responsible for any delays or additional fees due to costums.

International orders general information

Stationery Passion is located in the Netherlands in Europe. All packages will be shipped by PostNL and handed to your own local delivery company upon arriving in your country.

Please note, if tracking isn't available in your country you can only track the parcel till it leaves the borders of the Netherlands when you choose the tracked delivery option.

As stated above, any costums and import taxes are the buyers responsibility.

My package has been marked as ''Delivered'' but I've yet to receive it

Packages marked as delivered through tracking are considered delivered for the purpose of refunds and cancellations. However, I do understand it's unfortunate when you didn't recieve your package! So please first take the following steps:

  • Check in with people in your household or with your neighbors before reaching out to Stationery Passion. Unfortunately, I often can't get more information about your parcel than what is visible to you!
  • Contact your local post office if they know anything and if not file an inquiry claim. Sometimes they're able to track your package and can help you locate it.
