Do you offer wholesale?
Hey there! I'm happy to hear you're considering to order products of my wholesale for your own shop! I do offer my products for wholesale, for more information please check the wholesale tab on the top menu or reach out to: info@stationerypassion.com.
I want to order an item but it's out of stock, will it come back in to stock?
Did you find something you had your eyes set on but it's listed as out of stock? Don't you worry! Generally, this means the product isn't in stock in my studio but will be back shortly! If you want to know when it will be back you're free to ask me through the contact form or e-mail: info@stationerypassion.com.
I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation e-mail.
Did you check your SPAM folder? Maybe it found its way there, if not please reach out to: info@stationerypassion.com and I will look into it for you!
I made an order using the wrong address, what do I do?
Don't you worry! As long as you haven't received a shipping notice yet I can change your address. Just send me an e-mail: info@stationerypassion.com please don't forget to send me your order number and the new address so I can change it for you!
I recently placed an order but just saw another item I really adore!
As long as you haven't received a shipping notice it MIGHT be possible for me to add it to your order, please reach out to me as soon as possible so we can look into the options together!
My order came damaged or I received the wrong item, what do I do?
Oh no! I can understand it's a let down you didn't receive your order in the condition you hoped it to be. Unfortunately, I don't have any influence on how the mail-carrier handles the package, even if I pack it with care to try to avoid damage! If the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item! Please attach a picture in your e-mail, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right to you!
I send you an e-mail but have yet to receive an answer.
I try my best to answer all questions within 1-2 business days! In the meanwhile please check the FAQ if your answer is found here. Please keep timezones in account, it might be I'm simply asleep when you require help!
If you sent an e-mail more than 3-4 days ago it might've been lost in the twisting nether... Please try to resend an e-mail to me or use the contact form!
Do you accept returns?
Stationery Passion has a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return upon delivery of your package.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition as you received it in, including its original packaging.
To start a return request, you can contact me by e-mailing: info@stationerypassion.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs! You can find more information in my return and refund policy.
Shipping and costs
What are the estimated delivery times?
- Local orders in the Netherlands : 1-3 business days, depending on PostNL.
- Europe : typically between 2-7 business days.
- USA and Canada : 1-2 weeks.
- Rest of the world : 2-8 weeks depending on the local shipping company.
What are the shipping costs?
This really depends on the country I'm shipping to and can vary from €3,50 to about €15-€20,-. I understand it might be a lot, but I need to keep the weight in account of the package and the country it's shipped to. Generally, this means the further the package has to travel and the heavier it is the more expensive it is! You can see the accurate shipping costs in your basket during check-out if you want to know your exact amount.
I already paid for shipping but now my local shipping company also asks me for money!
I understand it's frustrating, however as stated in the shipping information countries may ask an additional fee to the buyer for importing goods in the country or state. It isn't something I can do anything about, since it depends on the laws in your country.
The buyer is responsible for any costums and import taxes that may apply.Stationery Passion is not responsible for any delays or additional fees due to costums.

What is the free shipping about?
I offer free shipping on orders €30,- and above within the Netherlands. You won't have to pay for any shipping if that's the case!
I also offer free shipping on orders €60,- and above within the EU.
